Where does the company operate from?

Paws Pet Supplies is an Australian owned and operated small business that take dogs and cats seriously. We are an Australian owned small business that operates from Melbourne, Australia and is owned by a team that is passionate about animals.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, paypal etc.

Is delivery free?

Yes delivery is free on all products Australia-wide, there is a charge for international orders.

When will my order ship?

We will ship your orders out as quickly as we possibly can,  When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know it's in transit.

When will I receive my order?

Usually, within 5-15 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependent on how fast Aus Post, Toll, and Aramex are since they can be experiencing large volumes.

What is your returns policy?

We stand by the quality of our products and we perform quality assurance tests before shipping them to our valued customers. If your item broke or arrived with an issue, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to make it right for you and look to offer a replacement or refund if needed. We do need some pictures/video of the issue first to start the refund process.

If you want to return the item as a change of mind we do not cover postage to return the item to us. Once the item is sent back to us and received you will then receive a refund. We do not refund you if you have not sent it back to us, or send it back to the wrong address.
